I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic bungalow in Cornwall and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! The owner was incredibly friendly and left some lovely welcome gifts that made me feel right at home. The bungalow itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms were so bright and inviting. And let me tell you, having two bathrooms was an absolute game-changer! The family room boasted a massive TV that kept the kids entertained, while the separate TV in the kids' room was a bonus. Plus, being one of the closest cottages to all the amenities like the reception, pools, gym, and pub was so convenient. Speaking of the holiday village, it was top-notch! With a stunning circular indoor pool, small outdoor pool, gym, and even tennis courts. The cottages were designed in a way that provided privacy, and the onsite pub added to the friendly atmosphere. Finally, the Tamar Valley where the village is located was simply jaw-dropping! This hidden gem of Cornwall is home to world heritage sites and breathtaking natural beauty. And don't get me started on the Tamar Trails activity centre - archery and canoeing were absolutely mind-blowing! All in all, this has got to be one of the best holiday locations in the UK. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The room at Manorcombe No1 was cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The two bathrooms, complete with a bath and shower, made getting ready a breeze. it felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the décor a bit outdated, but I know others might still appreciate its charm.

We had a wonderful stay at Manorcombe No1, a charming 3 bed bungalow located in a lovely holiday village in the stunning Tamar Valley. the owner was very friendly and left thoughtful welcome gifts for us. the cottage itself was beautifully decorated, with bright rooms that provided privacy. We especially loved having two bathrooms, one of which had a spacious bath. the large TV in the family room and separate TV in the kids room were great bonuses for our children. the proximity to the reception, pools, gym, and pub was convenient yet not noisy. We also enjoyed the well-designed holiday village and its facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, and play areas for kids. And let's not forget the incredible Tamar Valley itself, with its natural beauty and proximity to attractions like the Eden Project. We highly recommend a visit to the Tamar Trails activity centre for fun activities like archery and canoeing. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

I always stay at this place in Callington. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fitness center, sauna, indoor swimming pool, restaurant. The staff even returned my forgotten shower bag. Can't wait to come back for another trip!

The bungalow was nicely decorated and had bright, spacious rooms. The owner was helpful and left us with lovely welcome gifts. We were pleased with the two bathrooms, including a good size bath. The location of the bungalow was convenient, being close to the reception, pools, gym, and pub. The holiday village itself was well-designed, with plenty of amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis courts, and play areas. The Tamar Valley location was stunning, with easy access to attractions such as the Eden Project and Tamar Trails activity center.
The bungalow itself was on the smaller side, making it a tight fit for our party of 6. The patio area was affected by our smoking neighbors, limiting our enjoyment of the outdoor space.

Our recent stay at Manorcombe No1 was a delightful experience. The bungalow itself was tastefully decorated and the rooms were bright and spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts left by the owner. The location of the cottage was ideal, being close to the reception, pools, gym, and pub, but still peaceful and quiet. The holiday village itself was well-designed, ensuring privacy between cottages and creating a pleasant atmosphere. The indoor pool and outdoor pool were perfect for a refreshing swim, and the gym and tennis courts were well-maintained. The surrounding Tamar Valley was absolutely breathtaking, offering a wealth of natural beauty and world heritage sites to explore. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Manorcombe No1 for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Drawbacks: Although the bungalow was lovely, it was on the smaller side, making it a bit cramped for our party of six. Additionally, the kitchen equipment was outdated and in poor repair, and the lack of a dishwasher was an inconvenience.
